ICAM4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ICAM4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ICAM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CST8, GAST, and CCDC190. Each is linked with ICAM4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ICAM4-to-partner and partner-to-ICAM4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CST8 grouped by ICAM4-low versus ICAM4-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ICAM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ICAM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
