Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ICAM3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ICAM3 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher ICAM3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ICAM3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA and LUSC are the cancer types where ICAM3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
