ICAM3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ICAM3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,679 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ICAM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GBP5, CLEC4E, and PTPRC. Each is linked with ICAM3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ICAM3-to-partner and partner-to-ICAM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ICAM3 versus GBP5 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ICAM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ICAM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
