ICAM2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ICAM2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,046 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ICAM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are P2RY8, CLEC1A, and PIK3CG. Each is linked with ICAM2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ICAM2-to-partner and partner-to-ICAM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ICAM2 versus P2RY8 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ICAM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ICAM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
