ICAM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ICAM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,460 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ICAM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ11, LACTB, and OXNAD1. Each is linked with ICAM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ICAM2-to-partner and partner-to-ICAM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ11 grouped by ICAM2-low versus ICAM2-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ICAM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ICAM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
