ICAM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ICAM2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ICAM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are mTOR, PTEN, and STAT3_pY705. Each is linked with ICAM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ICAM2-to-partner and partner-to-ICAM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, mTOR grouped by ICAM2-low versus ICAM2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ICAM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ICAM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
