ICA1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ICA1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,794 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ICA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RRP12, DYRK1A, and RPS12. Each is linked with ICA1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ICA1-to-partner and partner-to-ICA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ICA1 versus RRP12 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ICA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ICA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
