ICA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ICA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ICA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TPPP2, RLN3, and ODF4. Each is linked with ICA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ICA1-to-partner and partner-to-ICA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TPPP2 grouped by ICA1-low versus ICA1-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ICA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ICA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
