IAPP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IAPP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IAPP-associated genes across cancer lineages are Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40, JNK_pT183_Y185, and Ku80. Each is linked with IAPP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IAPP-to-partner and partner-to-IAPP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40 grouped by IAPP-low versus IAPP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IAPP→partner) and Y-score (partner→IAPP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
