IAPP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IAPP RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 98 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IAPP-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRKDC, ADAM29, and ABCA6. Each is linked with IAPP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IAPP-to-partner and partner-to-IAPP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRKDC grouped by IAPP-low versus IAPP-high in URINARY_TRACT.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IAPP→partner) and Y-score (partner→IAPP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
