HYKK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HYKK RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,615 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HYKK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RIPK2, GATAD2B, and ANP32A. Each is linked with HYKK in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HYKK-to-partner and partner-to-HYKK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HYKK→partner) and Y-score (partner→HYKK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
