Across TCGA patient cohorts, HYKK mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HYKK-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, ERK2, and ETS-1. Each is linked with HYKK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HYKK-to-partner and partner-to-HYKK results are reported.
