HYI

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HYI mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HYI-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP414, RPL7L1P11, and ATP6V1E1P2. Each is linked with HYI in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HYI-to-partner and partner-to-HYI results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP414 grouped by HYI-low versus HYI-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HYI→partner) and Y-score (partner→HYI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
