HYAL4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HYAL4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,085 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HYAL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TBC1D3G, IFNA16, and SNRPD3. Each is linked with HYAL4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HYAL4-to-partner and partner-to-HYAL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TBC1D3G grouped by HYAL4-low versus HYAL4-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HYAL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→HYAL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
