HYAL4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HYAL4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 179 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HYAL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are DESI1, R3HCC1, and SLC25A11. Each is linked with HYAL4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HYAL4-to-partner and partner-to-HYAL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DESI1 grouped by HYAL4-low versus HYAL4-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HYAL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→HYAL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
