HYAL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HYAL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 224 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HYAL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNX3P1Y, SRIP3, and MIR1302-8. Each is linked with HYAL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HYAL2-to-partner and partner-to-HYAL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNX3P1Y grouped by HYAL2-low versus HYAL2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HYAL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HYAL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
