HYAL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HYAL2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HYAL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Annexin-1, MSH2, and mTOR_pS2448. Each is linked with HYAL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HYAL2-to-partner and partner-to-HYAL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Annexin-1 grouped by HYAL2-low versus HYAL2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HYAL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HYAL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
