HVCN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HVCN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,744 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HVCN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ57, RNU1-82P, and CNEP1R1P1. Each is linked with HVCN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HVCN1-to-partner and partner-to-HVCN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ57 grouped by HVCN1-low versus HVCN1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HVCN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HVCN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
