HVCN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HVCN1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HVCN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, Ku80, and Rad50. Each is linked with HVCN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HVCN1-to-partner and partner-to-HVCN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK2 grouped by HVCN1-low versus HVCN1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HVCN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HVCN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
