HVCN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HVCN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HVCN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10T2, RESP18, and OR10R2. Each is linked with HVCN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HVCN1-to-partner and partner-to-HVCN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10T2 grouped by HVCN1-low versus HVCN1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HVCN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HVCN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
