Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HUS1B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,487 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HUS1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4497, MIR769, and RNA5SP146. Each is linked with HUS1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HUS1B-to-partner and partner-to-HUS1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HUS1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→HUS1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
