HUS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HUS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,009 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HUS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RRP15, C1orf35, and EFTUD2. Each is linked with HUS1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HUS1-to-partner and partner-to-HUS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HUS1 versus RRP15 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HUS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HUS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
