HUS1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HUS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,771 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HUS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPM, ZWINT, and PCNA. Each is linked with HUS1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HUS1-to-partner and partner-to-HUS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HUS1 versus CENPM in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HUS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HUS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
