Across TCGA cell cohorts, HUS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,460 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HUS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Meiotic cell cycle checkpoint signaling, Regulation of mitotic sister chromatid separation, and Mitotic nuclear division. Each is linked with HUS1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HUS1-to-partner and partner-to-HUS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Meiotic cell cycle checkpoint signaling grouped by HUS1-low versus HUS1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.
