HUNK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HUNK mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HUNK-associated genes across cancer lineages are PAI-1, PDCD4, and Stathmin. Each is linked with HUNK in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HUNK-to-partner and partner-to-HUNK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PAI-1 grouped by HUNK-low versus HUNK-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HUNK→partner) and Y-score (partner→HUNK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
