HUNK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HUNK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 504 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HUNK-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEACAM3, KRT71, and TAS2R60. Each is linked with HUNK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HUNK-to-partner and partner-to-HUNK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CEACAM3 grouped by HUNK-low versus HUNK-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HUNK→partner) and Y-score (partner→HUNK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
