HTT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HTT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,001 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BOD1L1, CTBP1, and RGS12. Each is linked with HTT in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTT-to-partner and partner-to-HTT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTT→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
