HTT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HTT mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 68 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTT-associated genes across cancer lineages are Smad4, PCNA, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with HTT in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTT-to-partner and partner-to-HTT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTT→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
