HTRA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HTRA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,696 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTRA2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NELFA, NELFB, and ZNF638. Each is linked with HTRA2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTRA2-to-partner and partner-to-HTRA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HTRA2 versus NELFA in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTRA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTRA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
