HTRA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HTRA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,203 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTRA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6ATAC26P, RNU6-535P, and RNU6-328P. Each is linked with HTRA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTRA2-to-partner and partner-to-HTRA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6ATAC26P grouped by HTRA2-low versus HTRA2-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTRA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTRA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
