Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, HTRA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,608 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HTRA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TPRKB, CCT7, and DCTN1. Each is linked with HTRA2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTRA2-to-partner and partner-to-HTRA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HTRA2 versus TPRKB in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTRA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTRA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
