HTRA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HTRA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,370 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTRA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SH3PXD2B, LGALS1_S30, and CRTAP. Each is linked with HTRA1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTRA1-to-partner and partner-to-HTRA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HTRA1 versus SH3PXD2B in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTRA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTRA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
