HTRA1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HTRA1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,186 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTRA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYL9, SERPINE1, and COL5A1. Each is linked with HTRA1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTRA1-to-partner and partner-to-HTRA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HTRA1 versus MYL9 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTRA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTRA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
