Across TCGA cell cohorts, HTRA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,412 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTRA1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Elastin metabolic process, and Collagen fibril organization. Each is linked with HTRA1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTRA1-to-partner and partner-to-HTRA1 results are reported.
