HTRA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HTRA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 584 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTRA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZIC5, ABCG4, and PRR23C. Each is linked with HTRA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTRA1-to-partner and partner-to-HTRA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZIC5 grouped by HTRA1-low versus HTRA1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTRA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTRA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
