HTR6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HTR6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 390 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTR6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL17P19, AP1S3, and FBXO22. Each is linked with HTR6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTR6-to-partner and partner-to-HTR6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL17P19 grouped by HTR6-low versus HTR6-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTR6→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTR6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
