HTR4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HTR4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,468 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTR4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSR3, RN7SL191P, and OR1X1P. Each is linked with HTR4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTR4-to-partner and partner-to-HTR4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TSR3 grouped by HTR4-low versus HTR4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTR4→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTR4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
