HTR4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HTR4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 837 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTR4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular response to steroid hormone stimulus, Regulation of MAP kinase activity, and Regulation of PERK-mediated unfolded protein response. Each is linked with HTR4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTR4-to-partner and partner-to-HTR4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cellular response to steroid hormone stimulus grouped by HTR4-low versus HTR4-high in OESOPHAGUS.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTR4→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTR4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
