Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HTR3C Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated HTR3C data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher HTR3C Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HTR3C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

BLCA, LUSC, and STAD are the cancer types where HTR3C Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
