Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HTR3C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,470 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HTR3C-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFNNP1, RNASEH1P2, and CD24P1. Each is linked with HTR3C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTR3C-to-partner and partner-to-HTR3C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IFNNP1 grouped by HTR3C-low versus HTR3C-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTR3C→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTR3C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
