HTR3C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HTR3C mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTR3C-associated genes across cancer lineages are STAT3_pY705, ATM, and PREX1. Each is linked with HTR3C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTR3C-to-partner and partner-to-HTR3C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, STAT3_pY705 grouped by HTR3C-low versus HTR3C-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTR3C→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTR3C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
