HTR3C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HTR3C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 245 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTR3C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of sperm capacitation, Microtubule bundle formation, and Response to mitochondrial depolarisation. Each is linked with HTR3C in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTR3C-to-partner and partner-to-HTR3C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of sperm capacitation grouped by HTR3C-low versus HTR3C-high in CNS.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTR3C→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTR3C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
