Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, HTR3C mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,634 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HTR3C-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS6KA4, RBMXL3, and MORC3. Each is linked with HTR3C in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTR3C-to-partner and partner-to-HTR3C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS6KA4 grouped by HTR3C-low versus HTR3C-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTR3C→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTR3C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
