HTR2B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HTR2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,516 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTR2B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of phosphatidylinositol biosynthetic process, Leading strand elongation, and Late viral transcription. Each is linked with HTR2B in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTR2B-to-partner and partner-to-HTR2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of phosphatidylinositol biosynthetic process grouped by HTR2B-low versus HTR2B-high in SKIN.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTR2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTR2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
