HTR2A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HTR2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,347 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTR2A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DCN, ITSN1, and LMOD1. Each is linked with HTR2A in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTR2A-to-partner and partner-to-HTR2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HTR2A versus DCN in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTR2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTR2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
