Across TCGA patient cohorts, HTR2A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,049 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTR2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RASL10A, NEFH, and SYNGR1. Each is linked with HTR2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTR2A-to-partner and partner-to-HTR2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HTR2A versus RASL10A in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
