Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HTR2A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,238 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HTR2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1318P, TRDV2, and RNU6-258P. Each is linked with HTR2A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTR2A-to-partner and partner-to-HTR2A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1318P grouped by HTR2A-low versus HTR2A-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTR2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTR2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
