HTR2A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HTR2A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTR2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are STAT3_pY705, Notch1, and ASNS. Each is linked with HTR2A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTR2A-to-partner and partner-to-HTR2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, STAT3_pY705 grouped by HTR2A-low versus HTR2A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTR2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTR2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
