Across TCGA cell cohorts, HTR2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,533 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTR2A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Amyloid-beta clearance by transcytosis, Apoptotic cell clearance, and Golgi vesicle transport. Each is linked with HTR2A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTR2A-to-partner and partner-to-HTR2A results are reported.
