HTR2A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HTR2A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTR2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZIC3, KRTAP10-1, and NCAN. Each is linked with HTR2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTR2A-to-partner and partner-to-HTR2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZIC3 grouped by HTR2A-low versus HTR2A-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTR2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTR2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
